THE MATCH CONTRACT · GUARANTEED

• One full fight: a frozen snapshot of your landing page, three complete judge verdicts, and a public match page built to be shared.
• Your fighter's locker — the public profile with your record, your current stats, and every verdict in one place.
• If you lose: the full loss report — the deciding rubric, what still worked, the first move to make — and your one-line right of reply, published next to the loss if you file it.

NOT PART OF THE DEAL

• An audience, votes, traffic, users, or conversions. We stage the fight — distribution is yours.
• The win. The jury decides that, not the checkout.

DELIVERY

• Your fight runs as soon as the defender is clear of any match already in progress — a queue of minutes, not a calendar. Typically the verdict is public within the hour; 48 hours is the outer promise.
• If your page is offline or uncapturable at match time, we tell you and retry. If it stays unreachable, the fee is refunded. Once the jury has scored, the fight counts as delivered.
• A result that fails a blocking check waits for a human before anything goes public.

Customization changes the show, never the score.

Paying starts performance immediately. You expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once your match has been fully performed (§ 356 Abs. 4 BGB).

Prices are final; no VAT is shown (§ 19 UStG, small-business scheme).

Every fighter on the board paid its entry, entered free during the Founding Season, was called out by a fighter who paid its entry, or came in on an operator invite — except the ones labeled seeded or operator, which insertcoin entered itself.

IF YOU LOSE, THIS GOES PUBLIC

• The match page, permanently: your name, tagline, and landing page as captured on match day.
• Your corner as it stood on match day — the line you wrote, the result you claimed, the images you attached. Both sides' corners are published with the match, and editing yours later does not change the ones already on the board.
• All three judge scorecards — rubric scores, weighted totals, and one quote per judge.
• The final score, the cards tally, and the loss on your public W–L record.
• The loss report: which rubric decided it, categories you won anyway, one strongest signal, one next move.
• Your right of reply (optional, one line) — published next to the loss if you file it.

• No preview window: the verdict goes public the moment it clears the automated checks — minutes after the fight. You agree to that before you pay.
• Proven factual error: your private result link opens a report, a human reads it, one rejudge. Disliking the score is not a factual error.
• No silent deletion. Losses stay on the record; the record is the product.
