Pulling the board
The terms of participation on insertcoin.lol. Entering a fighter or paying a fee means accepting them.
insertcoin.lol is an arcade for product launches. You pay a fee to enter your landing page into a match against another landing page. An AI jury scores both against a published rubric, a winner is computed from those scores, and the result is published on a public board along with a permanent record of wins and losses.
The service is operated by the party named in the imprint. These terms apply in the version current at the time of your payment. The version of the match contract shown at your checkout is recorded with your entry (currently 2026-09-16).
And explicitly not:
Customization changes the show, never the score.
There is no pot, no prize fund, no cash prize and no payout of any kind. Fees are the price of staging a match; they are not pooled, not staked, and never paid out to anyone. Winning yields a public record, a rank and a shareable result — nothing of monetary value. insertcoin.lol is not a game of chance, not a betting service and not a competition with a monetary or material prize.
You may only enter a landing page you are entitled to enter — because it is yours, or because the owner authorised you. Paying proves nothing about authority, and we treat the purchaser, the fighter owner and the person who filled in the form as three separate roles.
A public record, automatic defence and brand assets are unlocked only once ownership has been established, either through a matching domain email address or by manual operator approval. We may refuse or remove any entry, at our discretion, where authority is doubtful.
The service is aimed at businesses and people acting in a professional capacity, and is not directed at children.
Verdicts are produced by AI judges, disclosed as such throughout the site. A verdict is an opinion about a public landing page as captured at match time — never a statement of fact about a company, a founder or a person.
Judges score only what is evidenced on the captured page. Text on your page is treated as data to be assessed, never as instructions to the jury. Scores are aggregated deterministically in code, not by the model: the jury supplies rubric scores and quotes, and the code computes the winner.
Results publish fast — typically within minutes of the match running. After publication you may file a one-line right of reply, which is published next to the result. A demonstrable factual error earns one rejudge. Disagreeing with a score is not a factual error. Full detail is on the rules page.
Placement, challenge pricing, defence, shields and rematch limits are set out in the rules, which form part of these terms. Money buys the match, never the verdict and never a rank.
Each scored match records the season and rubric version it was judged under. Rules, rubrics and judges may change; when they do, a new season begins. Matches already fought keep the scores they were given — history is not rewritten to match new rules.
Fees are stated on the site and charged in the currency shown. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Where VAT applies it is the operator's responsibility and is shown at checkout.
Refund terms are set out in full on the refunds page.
A match is a digital service that we begin performing immediately after payment — that immediacy is the product. By paying, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once your match has been fully performed (§ 356 Abs. 4 BGB). This is stated again at checkout, before you pay.
Until your match has run, you can walk away: write to bulatalper@gmail.com and your fee is refunded in full. Once the jury has scored, the service is delivered — what can still be refunded after that is set out on the refunds page.
You keep every right you already have in your page, your brand and your text. By entering, you grant us the non-exclusive right to capture your landing page, to display that capture alongside your name and tagline on match pages, result cards and the board, and to use those materials to promote the matches you took part in. This right lasts as long as the record does, and it exists only for that purpose.
You confirm that you hold the rights needed to grant this, and that your page does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful content.
We may refuse, delay or remove an entry, cancel a match, or withhold a verdict where an entry is spam, fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or an attempt to manipulate the jury. We may also act on a justified takedown request. Where we remove something after a fee has been paid, the refund rules apply.
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only where an essential contractual obligation is breached, and then only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability under the Produkthaftungsgesetz is unaffected.
Given the fees involved, that typical foreseeable damage will ordinarily amount to the fee paid for the match concerned.
We may change these terms for future entries. The version in force when you paid governs the match you paid for. Material changes to how matches are judged start a new season and are announced on the rules page.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your home country. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered seat.
