REFUNDS

An entry costs $5 and buys your placement fight. These are the terms you are shown at checkout:

• Confirm your inbox from the link we mail you. If that address matches your landing domain, your placement fight starts right after the click. Verdict in minutes.
• Otherwise it starts once an operator releases you, usually the same day.
• No eligible opponent available? Your call: wait, take a replacement opponent, or get a full refund.
• Page offline or uncapturable at match time: we tell you and retry. If it stays unreachable, your entry is refunded. Once the jury has scored, the fight counts as delivered.

A challenge costs a fee scaled to the defender's rank, from $5 to $50 for the champion. An exhibition rerun costs $3. Defending is free. The terms:

• Your fight runs as soon as the defender is clear of any match already in progress — a queue of minutes, not a calendar. Typically the verdict is public within the hour; 48 hours is the outer promise.
• If your page is offline or uncapturable at match time, we tell you and retry. If it stays unreachable, the fee is refunded. Once the jury has scored, the fight counts as delivered.
• A flagged result waits for a human before anything goes public.

If a match cannot be created because it fails a rule — a defender is shielded, or a rerun is blocked because your page has not changed — you are told before you pay. No fee is taken for a match that cannot run.

• An audience, votes, traffic, users, or conversions. We stage the fight — distribution is yours.
• The win. Money buys the match, never the verdict.

Losing is therefore not a refund reason. Once the jury has scored your page, the match has been delivered — that is the product, and the verdict is not part of the bargain.
